The Yoshimura R-77 Race Stainless Full Exhaust System is a complete closed-course header-back exhaust for the 2011-2026 Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750, featuring a trapezoidal 304-L polished stainless steel muffler, a straight single-core baffle with removable low-volume insert, and stainless headers and mid-pipe that cut 5.7 pounds from the factory exhaust.

The R-77 is Yoshimura's Race Series flagship for Suzuki supersports, developed alongside the company's AMA road racing program. Its trapezoidal muffler sleeve carries a much larger volume of packing material than a round canister of the same footprint, which lets the straight-through baffle flow freely while keeping the sound controlled — the reason the R-77 profile has stayed on Yoshimura's race bikes across multiple generations of GSX-R.

Construction is MIG-welded throughout with a riveted stainless end cap and a polished 304-L stainless sleeve, built at Yoshimura R&D of America in Chino, California. A removable low-volume insert is included for track days and events with sound limits.
