Factory Superbike Return/Cancelation Policy

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Below is our return policy for purchases made through our Facebook Shop or Marketplace listings. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@factorysuperbike.com (mailto:admin@factorysuperbike.com) so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photos or additional details to evaluate the issue.

Store Credit Only

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our Facebook Shop.

  • Store credit is redeemable in increments of 1/3 per transaction (e.g., $1,000 credit allows up to $333.33 per purchase).

  • Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit for all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, pre-orders, personalized items, wheels, 3D-printed items).

  • Personal care goods (e.g., cleaning products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items, gift cards, or tires.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original item for store credit (subject to the 20% restocking fee) and place a new order using your store credit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at admin@factorysuperbike.com (mailto:admin@factorysuperbike.com) to initiate. Note: The 20% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping still apply.

Additional Policies

  • Pre-Orders: All pre-order sales are final and non-returnable. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for manufacturing delays.

  • Tires: All tire sales are final. For damaged tires, contact the carrier (e.g., UPS) to file a claim.

  • 3D-Printed Items & Wheels: Sales are final and non-returnable. Delivery times for wheels are estimates only.

  • Final Sale: All sales are final after 30 days, including pre-orders and backorders.

Compliance with Facebook Policies

We adhere to Facebook’s Commerce Policies, ensuring:

  • Transparent pricing and return terms.

  • No prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials) are sold.

  • Prompt resolution of customer issues.
