The Yoshimura Signature RS-2 Full Exhaust System is a complete header-back exhaust for the Yamaha Raptor 700 and Raptor 700R ATV, featuring a precision-bent stainless steel header and mid-pipe, a diamond-shape aluminum RS-2 muffler with a large-volume perforated baffle chamber, a CNC mandrel-bent polished 304L stainless steel tail pipe, and a USFS-approved spark arrester included.

The RS-2 is tuned to lift the Raptor across the whole rev range rather than trading bottom end for peak — the large perforated baffle chamber and straight single-core baffle work together to outperform the stock system from just off idle through to the limiter, while removing meaningful weight from a machine that carries its exhaust high and to one side.

The included USFS-approved spark arrester is the practical detail that matters most for a Raptor: nearly every public riding area, dune park and national forest OHV route in the United States requires one, and it is checked at the gate. The system ships complete with tail pipe, muffler and hardware kit.
