The Yoshimura Signature RS-2 Full Exhaust System is a complete header-back exhaust for the 2015-2025 Yamaha Raptor 700, Raptor 700R and Raptor 700 Special Edition, built with a stainless steel header and tailpipe feeding a diamond-shape aluminum RS-2 muffler with a stainless steel cone end cap, and supplied with a USFS-approved spark arrester already fitted.

The RS-2 evolved out of Yoshimura's original TRC canister, and the change that matters is the pyramidal sleeve shape. It carries a larger core and substantially more packing volume than the pipe it replaced, which makes it a quieter system rather than a louder one while still increasing power and improving delivery — the unusual combination that made the RS-2 the value pick in Yoshimura's ATV range.

Compliance is the standout on this system. Every Signature Series exhaust is tested, documented and marked with the appropriate EPA noise emissions label, and this system is CARB and EPA tail-pipe emissions compliant — so unlike most performance exhausts it can be sold and used in California. The USFS-approved spark arrester comes installed, so the quad is legal for public riding areas out of the box.
