The Yoshimura Signature RS-2 Full Exhaust System is a complete header-back exhaust for the 2004-2009 Yamaha YFZ450, built with a precision-bent stainless steel header and mid-pipe feeding a diamond-shape aluminum RS-2 muffler with a stainless end cap, and it accepts both spark arresters and sound inserts.

The RS-2 evolved from Yoshimura's original TRC canister into a pyramidal sleeve carrying a larger core and more packing volume. The practical result is a system that increases power and sharpens delivery while running quieter than the pipe it replaced — which is why it became the value choice across Yoshimura's ATV range rather than a pure noise-and-peak upgrade.

The diamond canister section adds structural durability where a quad muffler takes hits from rocks and rollovers, and the straight single-core baffle flows freely behind all that packing. Yoshimura developed its ATV programme with the same data acquisition and racer feedback loop it uses on the road race side.
