The Yoshimura RS-12 Full Exhaust System is a complete header-and-muffler replacement for the Honda CRF450, built with a stainless steel header, an aluminum canister and a carbon fiber end cap.

Yoshimura and Honda have one of the longest partnerships in American racing, and the CRF450 is the machine that relationship currently runs on. The production RS-12 system comes out of that race program rather than being fitted to it after the fact.

On a 450 the full system is the change worth making. The header determines where in the rev range the power lands as much as the canister determines how much of it there is, and header geometry is where most of the development effort goes on a bike raced this hard.

Fits the Honda CRF450. Confirm your model year and variant before ordering — Yoshimura builds the RS-12 in more than one generation for the CRF450R and CRF450RX, and they are not interchangeable. Check the sound and spark arrester requirements for the land you ride; a separate Yoshimura spark arrester insert is required for USFS and BLM areas.
