The Yoshimura RS-12 Stainless Slip-On Exhaust is a bolt-on muffler for the 2022-2024 Honda CRF250R and CRF250RX, featuring the asymmetrical RS-12 canister profile, precision-machined joints, a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with decal inlays, a tapered muffler body inlet, and the patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring.

The RS-12 was developed through Yoshimura's working relationship with Team Honda HRC, and the slip-on captures most of the full system's character for a fraction of the outlay. The asymmetrical canister maximizes internal muffler volume — the thing that actually manages sound and makes power — while tucking the body in for extra rear tire and brake caliper clearance, which is where motocross mufflers get destroyed.

The detail work separates it from the class: precision-machined joints rather than crimped slip fits, and a carbon fiber end cap mounted in a way that genuinely eases servicing compared with the sandwich-mount designs common elsewhere.
