The Yoshimura RS-12 Full Exhaust System is a complete header-and-muffler replacement for the Yamaha YZ250F, built with a stainless steel header, an aluminum canister and a carbon fiber end cap.

The 250F class is decided by very small margins. Riders and tuners work in single horsepower increments because everyone is on broadly the same machinery, and the exhaust is one of the few places left where a meaningful change is still available to a privateer.

A full system matters more here than on a 450. The header shapes where in the rev range the power arrives, and on a small-bore four-stroke that is worth as much as the peak figure — a 250F lives at the top of the tacho and rewards anything that widens the useful band.

Fits the Yamaha YZ250F. Confirm your model year before ordering — Yoshimura builds the RS-12 in more than one generation for this machine and they are not interchangeable.
