Yoshimura RS-12 Signature Stainless Full Exhaust System | Honda CRF250R / CRF250RX 2025-2026 | Hydroformed

The Yoshimura RS-12 Signature Stainless Full Exhaust System is a complete header-back motocross exhaust for the 2025-2026 Honda CRF250R and CRF250RX, built on the first of a new generation of RS-12 profiles using weight-reducing hydroformed technology, and delivering gains of up to 8% horsepower at 12,000 rpm and up to 8% torque at 8,650 rpm.

Hydroforming is the substantive change in this generation. Forming the muffler body under fluid pressure rather than rolling and welding it lets Yoshimura fill the available space around the shock and subframe precisely while using less material, so the system gains internal volume — the thing that actually produces power and controls sound — without gaining weight.

The rest of the RS-12 package carries over: the asymmetrical canister shape that clears the rear tire and brake caliper, precision-machined joints instead of crimped slip fits, a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with decal inlays, and the patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring that makes sound inserts and spark arresters quick to swap. The system was developed with Yoshimura's factory race teams.
