The Yoshimura RS-12 Slip-On Exhaust is a bolt-on muffler for 2023-2026 KTM 250, 350 and 450 SX-F and the equivalent Husqvarna FC models, supplied with a spark arrester already fitted rather than sold separately.

That last point is the one that matters. Most aftermarket mufflers arrive without an arrester and leave you to source one before you can legally ride Forest Service or BLM land — this one comes ready. For anyone whose riding is trail and enduro rather than closed-course motocross, that removes the most common reason a new exhaust sits in the garage for a fortnight.

KTM and Husqvarna share an engine platform, which is why one muffler covers both — the badge on the tank differs, the exhaust flange does not.

The RS-12 is Yoshimura's current-generation off-road canister, shorter and more tightly packaged than the RS-4 and RS-9 that came before it, which pulls weight forward and inboard from the worst place to carry it on a dirt bike.
