The LeoVince LV-X EVO is a slip-on muffler for the 1993-2021 Honda XR650L, built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a carbon fibre end cap in matte clear coat, hand-made TIG welds, and a dB killer incorporating a USFS-approved spark arrestor.
The spark arrestor is why this is the right muffler for an XR650L. This is a bike bought for exactly the kind of riding that requires one: most public trail systems administered by the U.S. Forest Service and the BLM will not let you in without an approved arrestor, and many aftermarket mufflers do not have one. Here it is built into the dB killer.
One part covers twenty-nine model years because the XR650L barely changed across its entire production run — the frame, the air-cooled single and the exhaust mounting carried through from 1993 essentially untouched, which is a large part of why the bike has the following it does.
A wash plug is included in the box — a small thing that matters on a trail bike, since these get pressure-washed after almost every ride and water down the exhaust is the fastest way to ruin packing and rust a header from the inside.
Fits the 1993-2021 Honda XR650L. LeoVince does not publish a California CARB classification for this part, so none is claimed here — the U.S. Forest Service spark arrestor approval is a separate qualification covering trail use on public land, not an emissions certification. Check your local road requirements before fitting a street-registered motorcycle.
