The LeoVince LV-X EVO is a slip-on muffler for the 2024-2025 KTM 250, 350, 450 and 500 EXC-F, Husqvarna FE 250, 350, 450 and 501, and GasGas EC 250 F, 350 F, 450 F and 500 F, built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a carbon fibre end cap in matte clear coat, hand-made TIG welds, and a dB killer incorporating a USFS-approved spark arrestor.

The spark arrestor is why this is the right muffler for an enduro bike. Most public trail systems administered by the U.S. Forest Service and the BLM require an approved spark arrestor, and plenty of aftermarket mufflers do not have one. Here it is built into the dB killer, so the muffler keeps the bike legal on the trails it was bought to ride.

One part covers twelve machines because KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas share a platform: these are the same 2024-2025 enduro four-stroke under three badges, across four capacities, with the same frame and silencer mounting.

A wash plug is included in the box — a small thing that matters on an enduro bike, since these get pressure-washed after almost every ride and water down the exhaust is the fastest way to ruin packing and rust a header from the inside.
