The LeoVince 8091 is a set of AISI 304 stainless steel header pipes for the 2017-2025 Kawasaki Z900, TIG-welded and dimensioned on the dyno for each specific model with the aim of improving torque and peak power.
They work with the standard exhaust. LeoVince states that these headers are compatible both with the stock system and with a LeoVince slip-on, so they can be fitted on their own as a first step — you do not have to buy a silencer at the same time. Pair them later with the LV-10 (parts 15204 and 15204B) or the LV Pro (14171EU) for the same bike.
Headers are where the meaningful gains on a four-cylinder live. The standard pipes are sized around emissions, noise and cost rather than around gas flow, and because LeoVince develops the diameters and lengths on the dyno per model rather than using a common set, the change affects where the torque sits rather than simply adding noise.
AISI 304 is the same grade used across the LeoVince canister range — it resists the corrosion that kills mild-steel headers where they run closest to the road and take the most heat cycling.
Fits the 2017-2025 Kawasaki Z900. It does not fit the Kawasaki Z900RS or Z900RS Cafe, which use different exhaust routing. LeoVince does not publish a CARB or emissions classification for this part, so none is claimed here — check your local requirements before fitting a road-registered motorcycle.
