The LeoVince LV One EVO is a slip-on muffler for the 2017-2020 KTM 125 Duke, 390 Duke, RC 125 and RC 390, built with an AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve, a full carbon fibre end cap, an adjustable full-carbon fastening strap and high-temperature-resistant packing rated to 1,650°F.

One part covers four models because these machines share a platform: the same single-cylinder engine family, frame and silencer mounting run across the Duke and RC in both 125 and 390 capacities for this generation. Whichever of the four you have, the canister and bracket are the same.

The adjustable full-carbon strap is the detail worth knowing about on a small single. It is a structural clamp rather than a decorative band, and because it adjusts, the canister can be clocked on the bike to clear a rearset, a pillion peg hanger or a tail tidy rather than sitting wherever a fixed bracket puts it. The 1,650°F packing rating matters more on a small high-revving single than the numbers suggest — these engines spend a lot of their life near the top of the rev range, which is the condition that cooks cheap packing.
