The LeoVince LV One EVO is a slip-on muffler for the 2018-2024 Benelli TRK 502 X, built with an AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve, a full carbon fibre end cap, an adjustable full-carbon fastening strap and high-temperature-resistant packing rated to 1,650°F.

The LV One EVO is LeoVince's long-canister road line, and the carbon strap is the detail that distinguishes it from the cheaper stainless-banded designs — it is a structural clamp rather than a cosmetic wrap, and being adjustable it allows the canister's clocking to be set on the bike rather than being fixed by the bracket alone. That matters on an adventure machine, where pannier frames and crash bars vary the clearance around the silencer.

The 1,650°F packing rating is worth noting on a bike like the TRK: adventure riding puts a lot of low-speed, high-load, low-airflow time into an exhaust, which is the condition that degrades cheap packing fastest.

LeoVince classifies this part as a California CARB replacement part, which applies only while the original catalytic converter is left unmodified and no ECU or sensor changes are made.
