The LeoVince LV One EVO is a slip-on muffler for the 2017-2022 Triumph Street Triple 765 S, R and RS, built with an AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve, a slash-cut carbon fibre end cap, an adjustable full-carbon fastening strap, TIG-welded construction and high-temperature-resistant packing rated to 1,650°F (900°C).
Emissions classification differs by model year, and the difference matters. LeoVince classifies this part as a California CARB replacement part on the 2017-2019 Street Triple 765, but publishes it as not approved on the 2020-2022 bike — closed course competition use only on those years. The part itself is the same; the classification follows the motorcycle's emissions system, which changed with the later generation. If you have a 2020 or newer Street Triple 765, treat this as a track-only part.
The slash-cut end cap is what visually separates the LV One EVO from the rest of the range — the cut angles the exit rather than finishing square, which reads as longer and lower on a bike whose stock silencer is a stubby, high-mounted unit. The adjustable full-carbon strap is a structural clamp rather than a decorative band, so the canister can be clocked on the bike to sit right relative to the rearset and tail rather than being fixed by the bracket alone.
As a slip-on it retains the original headers and collector, so no remap is required. Fitment covers the S, R and RS trims, including the low-ride-height R and the restricted A2 variant sold in some markets.
Fits the 2017-2022 Triumph Street Triple 765 S, 2017-2022 Triumph Street Triple 765 R and 2017-2022 Triumph Street Triple 765 RS. On 2017-2019 machines LeoVince classifies it as a California CARB replacement part, valid only while the original catalytic converter is unmodified and no ECU or sensor changes are made. On 2020-2022 machines LeoVince publishes no approval: it is for closed course competition use only and is not legal for sale or use in California on a pollution-controlled vehicle. Riders of the 2017-2019 bike who want the shorter, more aggressive shark-cut canister should look at the LV Pro, part 14286EU — but note that the LV Pro is not offered for 2020-2022.
