The LeoVince LV One EVO is a single slip-on muffler for the KTM 790 Duke and 890 Duke, built with an AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve, a carbon fibre end cap, an adjustable full-carbon fastening strap, TIG-welded construction and high-temperature-resistant packing rated to 1,650°F (900°C).

It does not fit with the original KTM panniers. LeoVince states this explicitly, and it is the single most important thing to know before ordering: if you run the factory luggage on your Duke, this canister will not clear the mounts. Check that before anything else.

This is one muffler, not a pair. The LeoVince LV-10 Black Edition for the same motorcycle (part 15228BU) is a two-canister set at almost exactly the same price, so the two are not comparable on price alone — one long stainless-and-carbon canister versus two short black ones.

The adjustable full-carbon strap is a structural clamp rather than a decorative band, and because it adjusts, the canister can be clocked on the bike to sit right relative to the subframe and the rider's leg rather than being fixed by the bracket alone.

Note the gap in the 790 Duke years: the model was out of production for 2021-2022 and returned in 2023, and the fitment list reflects that. LeoVince classifies this part as a California CARB replacement part, which applies only while the original catalytic converter is left unmodified and no ECU or sensor changes are made.
