The LeoVince LV One EVO is a slip-on muffler for the 2017-2020 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R, S and T and the 2017-2019 KTM 1090 Adventure and Adventure R, built with an AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve, a carbon fibre end cap, an adjustable full-carbon fastening strap, TIG-welded construction and high-temperature-resistant packing rated to 1,650°F (900°C).

The adjustable full-carbon strap earns its place on a big adventure bike more than on anything else in the range. It is a structural clamp rather than a decorative band, and because it adjusts, the canister can be clocked to clear pannier frames, crash bars and top-box mounts — hardware that varies enormously from one 1290 to the next and that a fixed bracket takes no account of.

The 1,650°F packing rating matters here too: a big adventure twin spends long stretches at low speed and high load with little airflow over the silencer, which is the condition that degrades cheap packing fastest.
