The LeoVince LV One EVO Carbon Fiber is a single slip-on muffler for the KTM 790 Duke and 890 Duke, built with a two-layer pre-preg full carbon sleeve, a full carbon fibre end cap, an adjustable full-carbon fastening strap, high-temperature-resistant packing rated to 1,650°F and a carbon fibre heat shield included in the package.

This is one muffler, not a pair. Worth knowing, because the LeoVince LV-10 Black Edition for the same motorcycle (part 15228BU) is a two-canister set at almost exactly the same price. They are not comparable on price alone — one gives you a single long carbon canister, the other gives you two short black ones.

The sleeve is two-layer pre-preg, meaning the resin is already impregnated in the cloth and cured under heat and pressure rather than laid up wet. That gives a consistent resin-to-fibre ratio and a weave that stays flat instead of showing print-through over the mandrel — the visible difference between a carbon canister that looks right at three years old and one that does not.

The carbon heat shield supplied in the box is not a cosmetic extra. The Duke's canister sits close to the rider's leg and the subframe, and the shield is what makes that clearance workable.
