The LeoVince LV-10 Black Edition is a slip-on muffler for the 2006-2021 Yamaha YZF-R6, manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and finished in a high-temperature-resistant ceramic paint, with a sandblasted end cap, rear stainless steel mesh and TIG-welded construction.

One part covers sixteen model years because the R6 changed less than its looks suggest. The 2006 model introduced the chassis and exhaust architecture that carried through to the end of production, and the 2017 revision was a bodywork, brake and front-end update rather than a new motorcycle — the silencer mounting stayed put. That makes this one of the few slip-ons that spans both the earlier and later cars of the R6's long run.

The LV-10 is the shortest canister LeoVince makes, developed alongside the company's Moto2 and Moto3 programmes. On a supersport that spends time on track, the appeal is as much about what comes off as what goes on: the stock R6 silencer is a heavy, emissions-sized unit hung well behind the rear axle, which is the worst place on the motorcycle to carry weight.
