The LeoVince LV-10 is a slip-on muffler for the 2018-2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Z400 and the 2024-2026 Kawasaki Ninja 500 and Z500, manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel with a matte finish, a sandblasted end cap, rear stainless steel mesh and a laser-cut mounting bracket.

The "Ninja 500" here is the 2024-onward parallel twin that replaced the Ninja 400 — not the 1990s EX500. Kawasaki reused the name after a long gap, and the two machines have nothing in common. This part fits the current 451cc bike and does not fit the old EX500, ER-5 or any 1990s Ninja 500.

One part covers all four models because they are one platform: the Ninja is the faired version and the Z the naked, and the 2024 move from 399cc to 451cc was a bore increase inside the same engine architecture, leaving the frame and silencer mounting unchanged.

The LV-10 is the shortest canister LeoVince makes. On a light middleweight that matters more than on a litre bike — the stock silencer is a large emissions-sized unit hung well behind the rear axle, and on a motorcycle this light, removing that mass is a noticeable proportion of the whole.

Choosing between the LeoVince options for this bike: this is the bare stainless LV-10, the least expensive of the four and the one that suits a bike you want to look standard-ish. Part 15218BU is the same canister in ceramic black. The GP Corsa (3389U) and GP Corsa EVO (3389EU) both use a pre-preg carbon sleeve instead.
