The LeoVince LV-10 Carbon Fiber is a slip-on muffler for the 2015-2026 Yamaha YZF-R1 and YZF-R1M, built from a double layer of pre-preg carbon fibre with a sandblasted end cap, a CNC-machined full-carbon bracket and TIG-welded joints.

The LV-10 is the most compact canister LeoVince make for the road, developed out of their Moto2 and Moto3 work. On the crossplane R1 the standard silencer is a large centre-mounted box sized for emissions rather than for the motorcycle, and replacing it with a short carbon can is the single most visible change available to the tail section.

The carbon is structural, not a cosmetic wrap — two pre-preg layers form the sleeve, finished matte, with a stainless mesh at the outlet. As a slip-on it keeps the headers and the bike's fuelling untouched, so there is no remap and no change to how the engine starts or idles.

Fits the 2015-2026 Yamaha YZF-R1 and YZF-R1M. It does not fit the 2009-2014 R1, which uses a different tail and silencer mounting. LeoVince does not publish a single US emissions classification for this part number, so confirm your state's requirements before road use.
