The LeoVince LV-10 Black Edition is a slip-on muffler for the 2013-2016 Kawasaki Z800, manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and finished in a high-temperature-resistant ceramic paint, with a sandblasted end cap, rear stainless steel mesh and TIG-welded construction.

The Z800's standard exhaust is one of the bulkiest fitted to any middleweight naked of its era — a large underslung box that sits below the swingarm and adds visual weight exactly where the bike is already heavy-looking. The LV-10 is the shortest canister LeoVince makes, so this is about as large a change as a slip-on can make to the silhouette of the motorcycle.

The ceramic paint is formulated to resist exhaust temperatures rather than as a cosmetic coating, so it holds its colour at the hot end instead of bluing or burning back around the welds. On a bike now approaching a decade old, that matters more than it does on a new one — this is a part that has to look right against paint and plastics that have already aged.

Fits the 2013-2016 Kawasaki Z800. It does not fit the later Kawasaki Z900, which replaced it in 2017 and uses different exhaust routing. LeoVince classifies this part as a California CARB replacement part, which applies only while the original catalytic converter is left unmodified and no ECU or sensor changes are made.
