The LeoVince GP Corsa EVO is a carbon fibre slip-on muffler for the 2017-2020 Suzuki GSX250R and GSX250R ABS, built with a two-layer pre-preg full carbon sleeve, a technopolymer end cap, an AISI 304 stainless steel fastening strap with a rubber damper and MIG-welded construction.

GP Corsa EVO is the line LeoVince draws most directly from its MotoGP work. The sleeve is two-layer pre-preg, meaning the resin is already impregnated in the cloth and cured under heat and pressure rather than laid up wet — a consistent resin-to-fibre ratio and a weave that stays flat rather than showing print-through as it ages.

The end cap is technopolymer rather than metal or carbon. On a small-capacity bike that is a sensible choice rather than a cost-cutting one: it is lighter than an alloy cap, it does not discolour with heat the way a painted one does, and it takes the knocks that a canister on a lightweight commuter tends to collect. The stainless strap carries a rubber damper to isolate the canister from vibration — worth having on a 250 single-purpose twin that spends its life at higher revs than a larger bike.

The GSX250R's standard silencer is a heavy, emissions-sized unit that accounts for a real share of the motorcycle's weight, so the change here is more noticeable than the same swap on a bigger machine.
