The LeoVince Cat Eliminator is a stainless steel link pipe for the 2017-2024 Benelli Leoncino 500 and Leoncino Trail 500, manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, TIG-welded, with dimensions developed on the dyno — it replaces the catalytic converter section and is compatible with the original muffler.

You do not need a new silencer to use this. LeoVince states that the pipe is compatible with the stock muffler, so it can be fitted on its own as a first step, or alongside the LeoVince LV-10 slip-on for the same motorcycle (part 15226).

This is a closed course part. LeoVince is explicit about it in its own product data: for closed course competition only. Removing the catalytic converter means the part cannot be a CARB replacement part, does not conform to U.S. EPA requirements, and is not legal for use on a pollution-controlled vehicle on public roads. Fitting one to a street-registered motorcycle is tampering under federal law.

The dimensions were developed on the dyno rather than simply matched to the original pipe's outside measurements — on a small parallel twin, the length and diameter of the mid-pipe have a real effect on where the torque sits, which is the point of a decat beyond the weight it removes.
