The LeoVince Cat Eliminator is an AISI 304 stainless steel link pipe for the 2017-2020 KTM 125 Duke, 390 Duke, RC 125 and RC 390 and the 2018-2019 Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen 401 — it replaces the stock pre-silencer and eliminates the catalyst, TIG-welded and dimensioned on the dyno to improve torque and peak power.

It removes two restrictions, not one. On these machines the standard system carries both a pre-silencer and a catalytic converter in the mid-section, and this pipe replaces the lot. That is a meaningful amount of weight and volume off a motorcycle this small, and it is why a decat does more on a 390 than the same part would on a litre bike.

You do not need a new silencer to use it. LeoVince states the pipe is compatible both with the stock exhaust and with a LeoVince slip-on, so it works on its own or alongside the LV One EVO (14185EU) or LV Pro (14183E) for the same machines.

This is a closed course part. LeoVince is explicit: for closed course competition only. Removing the catalytic converter means it cannot be a CARB replacement part, does not conform to U.S. EPA requirements, and is not legal for use on a pollution-controlled vehicle on public roads. Fitting one to a street-registered motorcycle is tampering under federal law.
