xThe Yoshimura Fender Eliminator Kit is a model-specific bolt-on tail tidy for the 2015-2020 Yamaha YZF-R3 and MT-03, built around a precision laser-cut stainless steel bracket, a weather-tight black anodized CNC-machined light housing with DOT-compliant LED illumination, and a black anodized aluminum license plate frame, supplied with stainless steel hardware and made in the USA.
The R3 is a first big bike for a great many riders and a fixture of lightweight club racing, and its factory fender assembly is long enough to dominate an otherwise neat tail. This kit replaces it with a bracket contoured to the R3 subframe, bringing the plate up tight under the tail instead of trailing behind the wheel.
The billet light housing is laser-etched and sealed against weather, wired with shrink solder connectors rather than crimp splices — a meaningful durability upgrade on a part mounted directly in the rear wheel's spray path.
