The Yoshimura RS-4 Street Slip-On Exhaust is a bolt-on muffler built around a pentagonal stainless steel canister with a carbon fiber end cap, finished in Yoshimura's exclusive Works Finish and mounting to the stock header.

The RS-4 is the canister Yoshimura fits across its adventure and dual sport range, and the engineering behind it is the poly-resonant front chamber: working with a stepped two-stage baffle, it lowers the sound level while lifting power through the mid range and top end. Across the RS-4 adventure applications Yoshimura quotes gains around 5.5% peak horsepower and 4.7% peak torque.

The Works Finish develops its colour through the system's first heat cycles on the motorcycle, ending close in appearance to the titanium works components on Yoshimura's factory race bikes.
