The Yoshimura AT2 Race Stainless Full Exhaust System is a complete closed-course header-back exhaust for the 2022-2026 Yamaha YZF-R7 and 2018-2026 Yamaha MT-07, built from stainless steel in Yoshimura's exclusive Works Finish with a matte carbon fiber end cap and heel guard, delivering 5.7% more peak horsepower and 2.7% more peak torque while removing 9.6 pounds from the stock system.

On the CP2 platform the factory exhaust is the single heaviest restriction on the bike, and 9.6 pounds is an enormous proportion of a motorcycle this light. The AT2 replaces header, mid-pipe and muffler in one assembly, and the quoted gains are measured on an otherwise stock engine running 91 octane — no tune required to realise them, though the bike responds well to one.

This system is legal for MotoAmerica Twins Cup competition, which is the clearest statement of its intent: it is a race part. An M18 lambda sensor bung is included so the factory sensor relocates cleanly, and optional -4dB sound insert kits are available for sound-restricted track days.
