The Yoshimura RS-5 Race Stainless Full Exhaust System is a complete closed-course header-back exhaust for the 2009-2026 Honda CBR600RR, featuring precision-bent 304L stainless steel headers and link pipe, a trapezoidal carbon fiber muffler, a straight baffle with removable low-volume insert, and Yoshimura's carbon fiber cone end cap.

The RS-5 is the canister that defined the under-tail era of supersport exhausts, and on the CBR600RR it remains the definitive Race Series fitment. The trapezoidal profile is not styling alone: the flat-sided sleeve packs substantially more sound-absorbing material around the core than a round canister of the same external dimensions, which is what allows the straight-through baffle to flow properly.

Headers and link pipe are mandrel-bent from 304L stainless steel to the same geometry Yoshimura develops on its race program, and the removable low-volume insert lets the same system run at sound-restricted track days and open club race weekends.
