The Yoshimura RS-4S Race Stainless Full Exhaust System is a complete header-back exhaust for the 2012-2016 Kawasaki Ninja 650 and ER-6n, built around a stainless steel RS-4 muffler with a carbon fiber turn-out end cap, a polyresonant duplex chamber, and a two-stage stepped baffle, supplied with a low-volume insert, stainless header and tail-pipe, installation hardware and instructions.

The polyresonant duplex chamber is what distinguishes the RS-4S from a simple straight-through canister. Working with the two-stage stepped baffle, it tones the exhaust note down while adding power through the mid range and top end — the opposite of the usual trade where noise is the price of performance. On a 650 parallel twin, where midrange is most of the usable powerband, that matters more than a peak figure.

The carbon fiber turn-out end cap directs sound and gas away from the rider, and the included low-volume insert lets the same system run at sound-restricted track days. The kit is complete: header, tail-pipe, muffler, hardware and step-by-step instructions.
