AT2 stands for Alpha Taper 2, Yoshimura's current-generation Race Series canister and the successor to the profile that has appeared on the company's factory road race bikes. The Works Finish is the distinguishing feature: rather than a static coating, it takes on a unique coloring after the system goes through its first heat cycles on the motorcycle, ending up close to the appearance of the titanium works components on Yoshimura's factory machines.
