The Yoshimura RS-2 Enduro Stainless Slip-On Exhaust is a bolt-on muffler for the 2023-2025 Honda XR150L, built with a stainless steel mid-pipe and a pyramidal aluminum RS-2 canister, delivering 5% more peak horsepower and 1.7% more torque while removing 2 pounds — and it arrives with a USFS-approved SA-02-K spark arrester already installed.

Two pounds and 5% is a lot on a 150cc trail bike. The XR150L is deliberately basic and heavily muffled from the factory, so the exhaust is where most of the easily recoverable performance sits, and the RS-2's pyramidal canister adds internal packing volume that lets it make that power without becoming loud.

The pre-installed spark arrester is what makes this the sensible choice over a race muffler. An XR150L is a public-land machine, and an approved arrester is required and checked at the gate — this one is compliant out of the box rather than needing a separate insert purchase.
