Upgrade braking performance and replace a worn or damaged rear rotor with the Brembo Serie Oro Rear Fixed Brake Rotor, part number 68B407D0. Designed as a fully interchangeable replacement for an Original Equipment brake disc, this Brembo rotor delivers dependable fitment and consistent braking performance for select Yamaha motorcycles. Its fixed-rotor design is engineered for riders who want proven Brembo quality for street riding, touring, and everyday motorcycle use.
The rotor uses a stainless steel braking band connected through drive pawls to a CNC-machined and anodized aluminum alloy hub. Brembo applies carefully developed geometries and machining tolerances to help transmit braking torque efficiently while providing resistance to thermal and mechanical stress. This construction supports predictable brake response, durability, and stable performance through repeated braking cycles.
The Serie Oro range was developed from Brembo’s experience in motorcycle racing and has served as an industry benchmark for performance brake discs since the mid-1970s. This rear fixed rotor fits 1990–1995 Yamaha XT600 models and 2004–2007 Yamaha FJR1300A ABS models. Confirm motorcycle year, model, and original equipment specifications before installation. Professional installation is recommended, and all related brake components should be inspected whenever the rotor is replaced.
