Upgrade the front braking system of your compatible Suzuki motorcycle with the Brembo Serie Oro Front Floating Brake Rotor, part number 78B40829. Designed for riders who expect consistent braking performance and dependable component quality, this floating rotor combines a stainless-steel braking band with a CNC-machined and anodized aluminum alloy hub. The result is a durable, precisely engineered replacement designed to support confident braking across daily riding, spirited road use, and demanding operating conditions.
The rotor’s stainless-steel braking band connects to the lightweight aluminum hub through drive pawls, allowing the braking surface and carrier to work effectively under changing temperatures and loads. Brembo developed the disc’s specific machining tolerances to help transmit braking torque more efficiently while improving resistance to thermal and mechanical stress. This construction supports stable braking feel and reliable performance when repeated braking generates heat.
As part of Brembo’s Serie Oro range, this front floating rotor is engineered for compatibility with selected Suzuki applications, including the SFV650 Gladius from 2009 through 2011 and 2013 through 2015, as well as the SV650SA ABS from 2007 through 2009 and the 2007 SV650. Confirm the motorcycle model, year, braking configuration, and original equipment specifications before installation. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper fitment, alignment, fastener torque, and safe operation.
