The helmet's PB-SNC2 Shell is crafted using Z Resin, which is developed and blended in-house. This innovative material bonds the various layers of the shell more securely while using less resin, resulting in improved shell strength and reduced weight. With the addition of Super Fiber and special synthetic reinforcing fibers, the helmet achieves a robust yet lightweight design that excels in Glancing Off properties. The internal Structural net and Peripheral Belt further enhance shell integrity without significantly increasing weight or thickness.
Equipped with a Variable Axis System (VAS) latch, the shield is captured securely to prevent unexpected openings. The VAS Shield Mechanism combines pin trajectory with a dual pivot point slot, allowing for smooth shield operation even with a lower shield mount position.
