This unique formulation bonds the layers and materials of the shell more securely while using less resin, resulting in improved strength and reduced weight. The incorporation of Super Fiber and special synthetic reinforcing fibers provides a robust yet lightweight shell with excellent Glancing Off properties, further enhancing rider safety.

The helmet’s internal Structural net and Peripheral Belt add strength without increasing weight or thickness, ensuring optimal protection without compromising comfort. The Variable Axis System (VAS) latch securely captures and holds the shield closed, preventing accidental openings, while the VAS Shield Mechanism allows for smooth operation. The shield opens and closes effortlessly, even with the lower shield mount position, and the dual-function lever facilitates quick and simple shield removal.

Designed for ease of use, the larger latch permits intuitive shield operation, even while wearing heavy gloves. The shield features a positive stop to resist unintentional opening, and with a gentle pull on the lift tab, it lifts with ease. Additionally, the IC Duct5 system employs a three-position slide gate to enhance sealing, reducing noise and water intrusion during your ride. The vents are designed to be frangible, ensuring they detach easily in the event of an impact to minimize snagging on obstacles or excessive rotational force.
