The incorporation of Super Fiber and special synthetic reinforcing fibers creates a stronger yet lighter shell that excels in Glancing Off properties. Additionally, an internal Structural net and Peripheral Belt bolster the shell's integrity with minimal impact on weight or thickness.
Equipped with a Variable Axis System (VAS) latch, the Shield Latch captures and securely holds the shield closed, preventing unexpected openings. The VAS Shield Mechanism combines pin trajectory with dual pivot points to ensure smooth shield operation, even at lower mount positions.
