The outer shell combines a 3K high-density carbon layer, uni-directional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass, bonded with epoxy resin to optimize strength, mechanical performance, and lightweight characteristics. This design ensures efficient energy dissipation and limited shell deflection, allowing impact forces to be effectively absorbed by the inner EPS liner.

The helmet features a four-shell inner construction tailored for an accurate fit, enhancing comfort, reducing weight, and maximizing impact protection. An eight-piece multi-density EPS liner with six strategically positioned densities provides exceptional energy absorption across different zones. The EPS inner surface is polished and coated to reduce friction, enabling the comfort liner to move independently against the EPS. This innovative system significantly reduces the forces transmitted to the head, neck, brain, and spine during linear, rotational, and oblique impacts, helping to lower the risk of concussion.

Customization is key with the integrated A-Head Fitment System, allowing precise adjustments of helmet height and angle to suit individual rider preferences. This ensures the helmet sits optimally on the head, improving both comfort and safety performance.

Developed through CFD simulations and validated in wind tunnels and on the track, the helmet boasts an aerodynamic design optimized for low drag and stability at high speeds. Lateral winglets enhance stability and reduce aerodynamic drag, while the visor incorporates turbulators to improve aero-acoustic performance, minimizing noise and wind buffeting.

Ventilation is expertly engineered with 11 strategically placed ports, including seven intakes and four exhausts. Airflow channels through integrated ducts in the EPS liner, circulating over and around the rider’s head before exiting efficiently through rear extractor vents. The top vent features a large central slider for adjustable airflow and hot air extraction, while chin vents create a laminated airflow that prevents fogging and misting on the shield. This comprehensive ventilation system ensures optimal comfort by maintaining a cool and dry interior environment during rides.
