The outer shell features a 3K high-density carbon layer combined with uni-directional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass, bonded with epoxy resin to optimize the balance between strength, mechanical performance, and lightweight design. This sophisticated layering enhances energy dissipation and limits shell deflection, ensuring impact forces are effectively absorbed by the inner EPS liner.

The inner shell boasts an eight-piece, multi-density EPS liner with six strategically positioned densities that provide exceptional energy absorption and a snug, comfortable fit. Four different inner shells are available to guarantee precise fitment, enhancing both comfort and impact protection. The helmet incorporates a smooth, low-friction EPS inner surface designed to manage linear and oblique forces by allowing the comfort liner and rider’s head to move independently. This innovative feature significantly reduces transmitted forces to the head, neck, brain, and spine, lowering the risk of concussion from oblique impacts.

Customization is key with the integrated A-Head Fitment System, enabling adjustment of both the helmet’s height and angle on the rider’s head. This system allows fine-tuning to how deep the head sits and the helmet’s tilt, ensuring optimal comfort and safety.

Developed through advanced CFD simulations and validated in wind tunnels and on the track, the helmet delivers low drag and aerodynamic stability. It includes two aerodynamic spoilers—a standard and a longer race version—both equipped with elastic joints that safely detach upon significant impact to reduce rotational energy transfer. Additional lateral winglets improve stability and aerodynamic efficiency, while the visor features turbulators to enhance aero-acoustic performance.

Ventilation is expertly engineered with 11 intake and exhaust points (excluding the eye port), including chin guard and top helmet vents, plus rear extractors under the spoiler. Airflow channels through the EPS liner to circulate around the rider’s head, maximizing comfort and heat extraction. The chin vents create a laminated airflow that prevents fogging and misting of the visor, while chin bar vents efficiently expel humid air.
