Description
xThe Akrapovic Cat-Back is a titanium exhaust system for the 2019-2024 BMW R1250 GS and R1250 GS Adventure, replacing everything downstream of the catalytic converter.
A cat-back sits between a slip-on and a full system, and on a GS it is arguably the smartest of the three. You get more than a muffler swap — the link pipework goes too, so there is real weight saved and a genuine change in tone — but the factory catalyst stays in place, which keeps the bike's emissions behaviour intact and avoids the check engine light that comes with removing it.
For a bike that gets ridden long distances, loaded, in places where a fault light is a problem, that trade-off matters more than the last few horsepower would.

Fits the 2019-2024 BMW R1250 GS and R1250 GS Adventure. BMW replaced the R1250 with the R1300 GS, which takes different parts — check your model before ordering, and confirm side case clearance if you tour with BMW luggage.
