The Akrapovič Slip-On Line muffler S-Y2SO11-AHCSS is a stainless-steel slip-on exhaust for the 2015-2021 Yamaha YZF-R3 and the 2014-2018 Yamaha YZF-R25, replacing the heavy factory silencer without requiring any major modification to the stock system.

This is the stainless option for the first-generation R3, and for a bike in this class it is often the smarter buy than carbon. Stainless costs less and survives the drops, dropped-bike scuffs and general handling that a first big-bike inevitably sees, where a carbon sleeve cracks and cannot be repaired cosmetically. The weight saving over the very large stock silencer is still substantial.

The YZF-R25 is the 250 cc version of the same motorcycle, sold in Asia, Europe and Australia rather than North America. If you have imported one or are shopping from outside the US, this muffler covers it through 2018.

Fits the 2015-2021 Yamaha YZF-R3 and the 2014-2018 Yamaha YZF-R25. It does not fit the 2022-onward YZF-R3 or MT-03 — Akrapovič builds separate mufflers for the current generation, which we stock in both carbon and stainless.
