The Akrapovič E-H7R7 is a stainless-steel optional header for the 2025-2026 Honda XL750 Transalp that is 53.5% lighter than the stock header — a 1.8 kg saving — and adds 2.2 hp at 9,500 rpm and 3.5 Nm at 6,700 rpm when paired with the Akrapovič titanium Slip-On Line muffler.

This is a closed-course competition part. The header removes the catalytic converter, so the resulting system is racetrack-oriented and not intended or permitted for use on public roads. Please do not order it for a Transalp that is ridden on the street — it will not pass inspection and is not emissions legal.

The weight figure is the headline here and it is unusually large. Removing 1.8 kg — more than half the header's mass — from low down and forward on an adventure bike is a genuine handling change, not a specification-sheet detail, and it is weight taken from a part most riders never think about. The larger-diameter tubing is what makes the power gain possible, and Akrapovič quotes that gain specifically in combination with their titanium slip-on, which is the configuration the header was developed around.
