The Akrapovič Slip-On Line muffler S-MG8SO2-HFTT is a titanium slip-on exhaust for the 2019-2020 Moto Guzzi V85 TT, replacing the factory silencer with an Akrapovič titanium canister.

The V85 TT is one of the more characterful adventure bikes on the market — a transverse air-cooled V-twin in a segment otherwise full of parallel twins — and the stock exhaust does that engine no favours. Moto Guzzi silenced it heavily to meet noise regulations, and the result flattens the offbeat character that is the entire reason to own one. A titanium Akrapovič gives the V-twin back its voice and takes weight off the right side of the bike.

Titanium is also the right material for an adventure machine: it shrugs off the scuffs and heat staining that a long trip inflicts, where a carbon sleeve would be permanently marked.
