xThe Akrapovic Evolution Line is a complete 4-into-1 exhaust system with a carbon fibre muffler for the 2021-2024 Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4.
Aprilia's 1099 cc V4 is the engine that made the RSV4 a World Superbike winner, and on the 2021-onward bikes it is wrapped in a Euro 5 exhaust with the catalyst buried in the mid-section. A slip-on cannot reach that. Only a full system does.
The 4-into-1 layout is what Akrapovič races: four titanium headers collecting into a single mid-pipe and a carbon fibre canister. It is lighter than the factory arrangement by a wide margin, and it puts the V4's uneven firing order on full display.
Evolution Line is Akrapovič's flagship — the same materials and fabrication that go on the race bikes, made at the company's own titanium foundry in Slovenia rather than bought in.

Fits the 2021-2024 Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4, including the 1100 variants. The 2017-2020 generation takes a different system — check your model year before ordering. An ECU flash is strongly recommended to correct fuelling. Check your local sound and emissions requirements before fitting.
