3.3 kilograms is an enormous saving on a 660. That is not a marginal specification change — it is roughly the weight of a full tool roll removed from the middle of the bike, and on a machine this size you feel it immediately in how quickly it changes direction. The gains arrive at 10,000 rpm where the triple is working hardest, and the system needs no remap to deliver them.
