The Akrapovič Racing Line S-H2MR9-QTA is a complete 1-into-2 exhaust system for the 2016-2018 Honda CRF250R, pairing stainless-steel headpipes with twin hexagonal mufflers that carry titanium inlet caps and inner perforation, finished with a carbon-fibre heat shield.

This is the twin-muffler CRF250R. Honda ran a dual-exhaust layout on the 2016-2018 CRF250R and switched to a single system afterwards, which is why this is a 1-into-2 rather than the 1-into-1 fitted to later bikes. If your CRF250R is a 2019 or later, this is not the system for it — we stock the Evolution Line for the 2022-2024 bike.

The headpipes join by a sleeve joint with a silicon-shielded tensioning spring, and the link pipe is welded directly to each muffler. Mixed construction is deliberate on a motocross system: stainless where the pipe takes rock strikes and boot contact, titanium where weight matters most, and carbon on the heat shield.
