The Akrapovic Racing Line is a complete exhaust system for the 2021-2026 Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660, with a titanium and carbon fibre muffler on stainless steel headers and link pipe.

This is the unusual case of a Racing Line system that is fully road legal. Akrapovič retained a catalytic converter in the front section of the pre-muffler and took the system through EC/ECE type approval, so it is Euro 5 compliant — you get the complete-system gains without the closed-course caveat that normally comes with them.

The 660 parallel twin responds well to it: +2.4 hp at 11,200 rpm and +3.6 Nm of torque at 4,550 rpm in back-to-back dyno testing. The torque figure is the interesting one, arriving low enough in the rev range to matter on the road rather than only on a circuit.

Installation is plug-and-play with no remapping needed.
