The Akrapovič V-TUV024 is an optional noise damper for Akrapovič mufflers, a removable insert that lowers the sound level of the system when a quieter exhaust is needed.

TUV024 is one of the lower numbers in Akrapovič's damper range, which generally means it belongs to a system that has been in service for a while. That is worth knowing: an older Akrapovič exhaust is often exactly the one that has become louder over time as its internal packing degrades. If your system has grown noticeably harsher, a damper will mask it, but a repacking kit is the actual fix — we stock those too.

Order it against your muffler. Dampers are sized to a specific silencer outlet and Akrapovič lists the correct one per system. Send us the part number stamped on your muffler and we will confirm TUV024 is right for it.
