xThe Akrapovic Titanium Headpipe is the header assembly for the 2021-2023 BMW R nineT — the part that turns an Akrapovič slip-on into a complete system.
BMW moved the R nineT to Euro 5 for 2021, which meant new headers with a larger catalyst. This is the titanium replacement for that generation specifically; the earlier Euro 4 bikes take a different part.
On an air-cooled boxer the headers are fully exposed on both sides of the motorcycle, so this is one of the few header sets where the material and finish are visible rather than hidden behind bodywork.

Two things this does not include. It is a headpipe only — it requires a compatible Akrapovič muffler. And mounting that muffler also requires a link pipe, which is a separate part again. Confirm you have all three components before ordering.
Fits the 2021-2023 BMW R nineT. The 2024-onward R12 and R12 nineT take the E-B12E6 header instead, which we also stock. Removing the catalyst affects the bike's emissions status and an ECU remap is recommended to prevent a check engine light.
